The Shareware and Registered Editions use the same program and support files. The only difference between them is the Registration Code. Without a valid Registration Code, the ABOUT form will be displayed whenever the program is started. Also, there is a limit of 125 records in the Catalog Table and the Inventory Table.
Yes. After you register your Shareware Edition, you will receive a Registration Code. This code can be used to change any version of the Shareware Edition to the Registered Edition.
The obvious reason is that the Shareware Edition is limited to 125 cars in the Catalog and Inventory tables. If you want to store more information than that, you need to register the program. However, less obvious, is that this program took a lot of time and money to develop. While I enjoyed writing it, some of the more advanced features I'd like to implement will take even more time and money, and without sufficient interest, I'm more likely to pursue other activities.

I intend to continue to enhance this program over time and I'm always looking for new features to implement.
