1. On the Car Collector Registration Form, Select File and then Print Topic to send the form to the printer. (This file can also be found on the shareware edition as REGISTER.TXT).
2. Please print your name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and Email address in the Ship To part of the form. Email address is required for electronic delivery.
3. Please select the number of copies of the software and libraries listed and compute the total cost for each product.
4. Compute the subtotal by adding the above total costs for each product.
5. Maryland residents should add the appropriate sales tax (currently 5%).
6. Add the appropriate postage and handling for non-electronic delivery orders.
7. Compute the Total Payment by adding the subtotal, sales tax and postage and handling lines together.
8. Send the completed form, plus a check or money order for the Total Payment amount made payable to Just Plane Crazy to:

Please do not send cash. Credit card orders are not accepted at this time. International orders should remit funds drawn on a U.S. Bank.
Electronic delivery is available by downloading the current Shareware Edition of the software from the Car Collector web page and using the registration code provided via an Email note.
